This is from today from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office:  Franklin County Sheriff’s Office SWAT is searching for Matthew Hall, 24, on charges of rape and sexual battery. He may be in the 43229 zip code area of northeast Columbus. Case Number: 14cr3116.
